I had too many zucchinis in my fridge, so I decided to make this super flavorful and easy to make zucchini chocolate orange cake. I used
this recipe as a guide, but added my own spin to it. I do not like using baking soda and/or salt in my baking. My mother and grandmother never used those two ingredients for baking, so I don't either. I also left out the glaze and saved some calories, and opted to sprinkle some orange zest on top instead.
The whole house smelled divine, like rich chocolate and fresh orange zest.
